 The Strong Foundation Method

A clinically-led approach to building muscle mass, bone density and reducing fracture risk.

A clinically guided muscle mass, bone strength and posture programme designed to build mass, improve bone density, balance and stability and long-term mobility and fracture risk prevention through safe progressive loading.

Clinically guided

Every exercise assessed and prescribed by a registered osteopath in line with current osteoporosis guidelines

What You’ll Get Inside the Program

1. Clinically Guided Approach
Every exercise is assessed and prescribed by a Registered Osteopath, aligned with current osteoporosis guidelines.

2. Targeted Results Where It Matters Most
Designed to strengthen key areas — especially the hips, thighs, and spine.

3. Built For You progressive exercise and guided nutrition advice
Perfect if you’ve been told to do resistance or strength training but feel unsure where to start.

Why This Programme Is Different

Most people think they’re doing the “right exercises” for their health.

But when it comes to bone density, fracture risk, and long-term independence — not all exercise is equal.

This is not a typical fitness programme or standard PT session.

It’s a clinically-informed, evidence-based approach aligned with current osteoporosis guidelines, specifically designed to target the key bone sites for bone strength — particularly the hips, thighs and spine  where fractures can have the biggest impact on long-term mobility and independence.

Because bone doesn’t just need movement — it needs the right type of loading, applied in the right places, for the right reasons.
